Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture with the team.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to other Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20 hours/week min, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive client needs.
• Deliver year-round Intuit ecosystem solutions.
