Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving growth in your community.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, assisting clients with personal and business taxes, deductions, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into other service areas with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as needed.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with specialists.
