Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing full-service tax preparation and personalized advice. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to serve both in-person and virtual clients, expanding the local client base and ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

This role emphasizes community engagement and ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to work on-site 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and clear, personalized tax guidance.
