Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, building lasting client relationships. You will collaborate with business tax specialists, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, building and growing a local customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear communication.
