Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve clients in person and virtually, working closely with a team of specialists to address personal and business taxes while expanding the local client base. You will build relationships, provide year‑round support, and leverage Intuit resources to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and planning services.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Be a local community ambassador, grow the local client base and organize events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver year-round support
• Assist with in-person and virtual client meetings using Intuit tools
