Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, while growing a local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists for end-to-end services. You will engage with clients in person and via video tools, handling personal and business taxes, planning, and referrals to related Intuit services.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds
• Build local growth by identifying prospects and hosting community events
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services
