Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, while building local relationships and growing the client base with support from marketing tools. You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, connecting clients to related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be the local ambassador, growing the client base and building long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions beyond filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
