Join a collaborative team of tax professionals, helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs, while building a local client base and community presence. This role emphasizes end-to-end support, using Intuit tools and marketing resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite work hours 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to deliver exceptional service.
