Intuit, Inc. is seeking qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end services, engage with the local community, and grow the client base.

You will connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources while delivering an excellent customer experience and year-round support. This role requires onsite presence and strong tax credentials.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build a local customer base and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
