Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory support at local TurboTax locations.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, offering tax planning, preparation, and software assistance while coordinating with a broader team of specialists. You will help grow TurboTax’s presence in the local community, build lasting client relationships, and promote comprehensive Intuit solutions in a customer-centric manner.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Willingness to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location in the United States; 20+ hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base and build relationships.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients through tax challenges with empathy.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end service.
