Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will be part of a collaborative team of tax professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients while delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will grow a local client base, work with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios using Intuit tools and marketing

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online presence and creating tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local ambassador to grow the customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
