Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location. You will assist personal and small-business clients, work with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, and actively grow the local customer base.

You will help clients understand tax implications, use Intuit tools, and provide an exceptional in-person and virtual experience, contributing to lasting relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law
• ≥3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours
• Willing to complete mandatory training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Willing to use name and photo for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base and build relationships with the community
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning
• Build long-term trust and repeat business with clients
• Deliver top-tier customer experience using Intuit tools and video tech
• Address client questions and help with tax challenges
