Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site, full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, deliver personalized tax planning, and work closely with specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools, guiding them through tax challenges.
