Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of finance professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, build a local client base, and expand the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will engage customers in-person and virtually, offering guidance through various tax scenarios and ensuring a high-quality

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ federal and state 1040s) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with company training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; allow use of name/photo for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.

Skills
