Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, helping clients with personal and business taxes while growing the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end service. You will engage in community outreach, collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, and participate

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Develop a local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
