Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with a broader team of specialists. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of tax scenarios, engaging with the community, and guiding clients through the full Intuit ecosystem for year‑round support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week, in a TurboTax office.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing is a plus.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Bridge clients to Intuit ecosystem with complementary services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Develop long-term relationships through client meetings and local events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear communication.
