Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships. You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, engaging clients in person and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns (federal/state) per season using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20 hrs/wk minimum.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Willing to build local/online presence and referrals for growth.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.
• Proficient with tax software and CRM/sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and guide clients through their complete financial picture.
