Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will handle full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round support. This role requires on-site presence and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships with clients to create long-term loyalty and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear tax explanations.
