Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and assist customers across personal and business tax needs while collaborating with specialists across Intuit services.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios using Intuit tools. A customer‑focused mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training, compliance, and ads-related requirements; uniforms; name/photo use.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Grow and nurture a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with other Intuit experts across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear tax guidance in everyday language.
