Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships and expand Intuit’s ecosystem.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end client experience and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll/planning specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Work onsite 20+ hours per week during standard hours.
