Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support within a collaborative team.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with Intuit training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
