Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You will build a local client base, foster relationships, and promote the Intuit ecosystem.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; may include additional requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
