Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice while collaborating with specialist teams for a comprehensive client solution.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting client relationships, and leverage Intuit resources to provide ongoing support across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning in a client-centric model.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory; training provided.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week; peak periods may scale up.
• Must complete all required training and development; additional requirements may be added.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may be used in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base and acts as the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
