Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients as part of a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll help grow the local client base, build relationships with the community, and leverage marketing tools to offer a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business; uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.
• Must reside within the United States and hold related licenses/certificates if applicable.

• Provide Tax Expertise — hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador — build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem — connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build Relationships — foster long-term trust and recurring client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience — ensure professional, helpful service and effective use of video tools for client interactions.
