Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience, addressing complex scenarios and building client relationships. You will engage with the local community, grow the TurboTax client base, and leverage marketing tools to create ongoing opportunities.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location for 20+ hours/week.
• Complete required training and development programs.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist via in-person and video tools.
