Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax advice, preparation services, and end-to-end support to personal and small business clients. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and collaborate with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, during standard hours.
Must be willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips/content.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, including complex personal and business cases.
Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
Act as local growth driver by outreach, partnerships, and community events with marketing support.
Suggest Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to address client needs.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships.
