Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while growing your local client base and delivering exceptional service. You will help clients with personal and small business returns, deductions, and planning, using Intuit tools and resources, and may expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willingness to complete training and development per business needs; uniforms may be provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax-related questions.
