Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to ensure end-to-end client service. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage the community through events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning for

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and virtually.
