Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at dedicated local locations in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through simple to complex tax scenarios and connecting them with full Intuit services.

Join a team that builds community relationships, grows the local TurboTax client base, and delivers a seamless end-to-end experience with marketing and software support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Willing to build local and online presence per Intuit policy.
• Residence within the United States.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Work with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and connect clients with holistic advisory options.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings to ensure a unified client view.
