Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, while also growing the local client base through community outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to address client needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Act as a trusted guide and connect clients with Intuit solutions (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build local relationships and drive community engagement to grow the business.
