Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations in the United States. This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA or attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, amendments, and planning opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
