You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while building a local client base and representing Intuit in the community. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a comprehensive tax picture and ongoing support beyond a single filing.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to refer clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a seamless, end-to-end client experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
