The role emphasizes community engagement, in-person and virtual client service, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit team for comprehensive client solutions.
• Deliver a high-quality in-person and virtual client experience.
