Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support while building strong local client relationships. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, assisting clients through various tax scenarios and life events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and comply with company requirements.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals, leveraging TurboTax marketing tools.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage with the local community to build presence and loyalty.
