Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual tax clients, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You’ll grow your local client base, build relationships, and guide clients to complete tax needs from preparation through advisory services, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years preparing 1040s with professional software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Grow local client base and community presence as a TurboTax ambassador
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support
