Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and collaborating with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory experts to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions. This onsite role emphasizes community engagement, personal connection with clients, and year-round service delivery, with hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required or preferred.
• Three years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and organize events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
