Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site and virtual tax support at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll deliver full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while working closely with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. As a trusted guide, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and help clients achieve financial goals through

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete training, compliance, and pro‑development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local growth through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships to build a client base.
• Collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences by understanding each client's complete financial picture.
