Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax guidance at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand complex tax scenarios and leveraging Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end support. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (local time).
• Willing to complete training, wear uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and building relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to ensure ongoing support.
