Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at a local TurboTax location.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the client base, build lasting relationships, and drive year-round engagement, using Intuit marketing resources to support community growth.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive a seamless customer experience.
