Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll build long-term client relationships, grow the local presence, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with personalized guidance and clear language.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online tax presence and community engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
