Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and coordinate with a network of specialists.

You will help clients navigate personal and business tax situations, build local relationships, and expand TurboTax services in the community. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients, with a strong emphasis on client education and end-to-end service delivery.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week; hours may scale during peak season
• Must complete all required training and development; uniform wearing; advertising use of name and photo
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and partnerships
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build long-term relationships and convert prospects to loyal clients
• Deliver top-tier customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools during tax engagements
