Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full-service return preparation, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address each client’s complete financial picture. You’ll also drive local growth, engage the community, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to build a loyal client base, delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00
• Must complete training as determined by the business and comply with requirements
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising use of your name/photo
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax experts

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide clients toward financial goals
• Represent TurboTax in local and online marketing efforts
