Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office; 20 hours/week; 8am–5pm.
• Complete required training and development as directed.
• Wear uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Build local and online presence for TurboTax expertise.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with team collaboration.
