You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software assistance while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with team of specialists across Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Ensure a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience for clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and support both in-person and virtually.
