Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex client needs, from personal to business taxation, while growing a local client base and fostering long-term relationships in your community. You will engage clients in person and via Intuit tools, providing personalized tax planning and support, and leveraging TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with extensive tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must be on-site at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 MT/WF, ~20 hours/week; training may be required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with name/photo.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus for client interactions.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide end-to-end support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
