Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and delivering a seamless end-to-end experience. Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Collaborate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
