Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business taxes, while connecting them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem for year-round support. You will build local client relationships, lead community outreach, and deliver an exceptional customer experience using TurboTax tools.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base; outreach, grass-roots marketing, community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and virtually.
