Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients, in person or virtually, ensuring accurate results and clear guidance throughout the tax process. You will actively grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, becoming the community face of TurboTax.
• Coordinate with teams across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Engage both in-person and virtual clients at a TurboTax location, delivering a best-in-class experience.
