Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax return preparation and expert tax advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences, from discovery to planning, and support community growth. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, build ongoing relationships, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Connect clients with specialists for integrated services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct.
