Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with individuals and businesses, guiding them through complex scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s ecosystem.

You’ll grow your local client base, host community events, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while maintaining strong customer relationships and high service standards.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to meet tax goals.
